The inspiration for these earrings came from seed pods found while walking in the Garrigue in the south of France.  These earrings are an exact replica of the found object and have been cast in sterling silver. The ear wire fittings are handmade.

They come as ear studs or eardrops.

I have created 2 symmetrical solid fossil shells which have a lovely organic spiral shape with a ribbed surface.

Approximate measurements:

• total length including ear wires is 2.5cm
• width of the actual fossil is 13mm and the length is 16mm
